Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and okscores (“okscores”, “we”, “us”), the operator of okscores.com and its language versions (the “Service”). They apply from your first visit. Our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy explain how we handle information when you use the Service.

okscores provides football information: live scores, fixtures, results, standings, lineups, statistics, a TV schedule and, if you switch them on, pre-match odds. The Service is free of charge and does not require registration.

okscores does not broadcast or stream matches and does not host or link to video streams. The TV schedule only tells you which channel has announced a match.

We develop the Service continuously. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, competitions or languages at any time and without notice, and we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available.

Scores, statistics, lineups and schedules are supplied by third-party data providers, and TV listings come from the broadcasters' own published programmes. We work to show them correctly and quickly, but:

• “live” information reaches you with a delay and is not a real-time feed from the stadium;
• data can be incomplete, corrected later or simply wrong;
• kick-off times, venues and TV channels can change at short notice.

All information is provided for general interest and entertainment. Do not rely on it for betting, fantasy games with money stakes, or any other decision with financial consequences. If you notice a mistake, tell us at support@okscores.com and we will check it.

Odds on okscores are supplied by a third party, are shown for information only and may be out of date by the time you see them. okscores is not a bookmaker or a gambling operator: we do not accept bets, hold money or give betting advice, and nothing on the Service is an invitation to gamble.

Gambling is restricted to adults and is limited or prohibited in some countries. You alone are responsible for knowing and following the law where you live. If gambling stops being fun, seek help from a support organisation in your country.

You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, collect or extract pages or data by automated means (scraping, crawling, bots) without our prior written permission;
• resell, republish or redistribute our data, or use it to build a competing product or service;
• mirror or frame the Service, or present it as your own;
• interfere with the Service, for example by overloading it, bypassing security measures or probing for vulnerabilities;
• use the Service in any way that breaks the law or the rights of others.

Public search engines may crawl the Service according to our robots.txt file. For data partnerships or any other use, contact ads@okscores.com. We may limit or block access from anyone who breaks these rules.

The okscores name and logo, the design of the Service, its software, its texts and the way its data is selected and arranged belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by law. You receive no rights in them other than the right to use the Service under these terms.

Names, logos and crests of teams, competitions, federations and broadcasters belong to their respective owners. They appear on okscores only to identify the matches and competitions concerned. okscores is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.

If you believe that something on the Service infringes your rights, write to support@okscores.com with a description of the material, its address on our site and proof of your rights. We will review the request and remove or correct the material where appropriate.

Favorites and settings are stored in your browser on your device, not in an account. They do not move between devices and are lost if you clear your browser data. We cannot restore them.

The Service may link to or mention websites and services that we do not control, such as broadcasters and competition organisers. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

The Service may show advertising and sponsored content, which will be recognisable as such. Advertisers are responsible for their own advertisements and for the products and services they offer. To advertise on okscores, write to ads@okscores.com.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors, or that the information on it is accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, okscores and the people who work on it are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of money, profit, data or opportunity, that results from using or being unable to use the Service, including losses from decisions made on the basis of information shown on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, and nothing takes away rights you have as a consumer.

We may update these terms when the Service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply to you.

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator of okscores is established. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected.

If a provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it. These terms are published in several languages; if the versions differ, the English version prevails.
